Description
Collaboration with *TheLaughingLibra for Kotaku's Tales of... contest. The rules? Create your own "imagery" Tales of game. The prize was a copy of Tales of Vesperia for the Xbox 360.
I'm really happy with this because I found out about the contest on the 15th, and the deadline was the 19th. We were able to get this done (and submitted!) in such a short amount of time. I have to say that we both got really into the creation and details of this game, probably more so than was necessary.
Alas, Tales of Academia didn't even make the finals. I suppose it was too awesome for its own good.

Three completely average students, Jaiyn Austin, Eucalyptus "Yuka" Tii, and Noni Heigh, attempt to pull up their grades by requesting an extra-credit field training assignment, and somehow uncover an ~AnCiEnT EvIl~ that everyone conveniently forgot was sealed underneath the school practice fields!
When the ~AnCiEnT EvIl~ rips itself free, causing the deaths of their teachers and the destruction of their school, the three chase after it, traveling to and studying at different academies and universities all over the world. Can you help these "C" students improve themselves well enough to both stop this malevolent force from destroying the planet, and more importantly... MAKE THE DEANS LIST?!"
